1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE
These provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service www.rehabitecalmeria.com (hereinafter, the 'Portal') that REHABITEC ALMERIA S.L., makes available to Internet users.
Pursuant to Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) it is reported that the website www.rehabitecalmeria.com belongs to:

Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users.
The use of the Portal attributes the status of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the 'User') and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Portal service has a limited duration at the time when the User is connected to the Portal or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each of the occasions when he/she intends to use the Portal, since this and its conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice may be modified.
Some Services of the Portal accessible to Internet users may be subject to particular conditions, regulations and instructions that, if applicable, replace, complete and / or modify this Legal Notice and that must be accepted by the User before the provision of the corresponding service is initiated.
2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All the contents of the Portal, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the 'Contents'), are the intellectual property of REHABITEC. or third parties, without being understood to be assigned to the User any of the exploitation rights recognized by the current regulations on intellectual property on them, except those that are strictly necessary for the use of the Portal.
Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of REHABITEC. or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Portal attributes any rights to the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
3. TERMS OF USE OF THE PORTAL
3.1 GENERAL
The User undertakes to make correct use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be responding to REHABITEC. or against third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with such obligation.
It is expressly forbidden to use the Portal for purposes that are the property or interests of REHABITEC. or third parties or otherwise overload, damage, or disable REHABITEC's networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software). or third parties.
3.2 CONTENT
The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1. By way of example, the User in accordance with current legislation must refrain from:
a) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented by REHABITEC. or by the person holding the exploitation rights where appropriate.
b) Reproduce or copy for private use the Contents that may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or making available to third parties when these acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.
c) Extract and/or reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Portal.
3.3 DATA COLLECTION FORMS
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 of this Legal Notice, as well as in the privacy policies accessible from the Portal and that may be applicable at all times, the use of certain services or requests addressed to REHABITEC. are conditioned on the prior completion of the corresponding form.
All information provided by the User through the forms of the Portal for the above purposes or any other must be truthful. For this purpose, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and will keep the information provided to REHABITEC. perfectly updated in such a way that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to REHABITEC. or third parties for the information you provide.
3.4 INTRODUCING LINKS TO THE PORTAL
The Internet user who wants to enter links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below without the disrecognise of them avoids the responsibilities arising from the Law:
a) The link will only link to the home page or home page of the Portal, but you will not be able to reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.).
b) It will in any case be prohibited, in accordance with the applicable legislation and in force at all times, to establish frames or frames of any kind that envelop the Portal or allow the display of the Contents through Internet addresses other than those of the Portal and, in any case, when they are displayed together with content outside the Portal so that : (I) causes, or may cause, error, confusion or deception in users about the true origin of the service or Content; (II) constitutes an act of unfair comparison or imitation; (III) serve to take advantage of REHABITEC's brand reputation and prestige. ; or (IV) in any other way is prohibited by applicable law.
c) No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about REHABITEC., employees, customers or the quality of the services it provides will be made from the page that introduces the link.
d) In no case will it be expressed on the page where the link that REHABITEC has given its consent to the insertion of the link is located or that otherwise sponsors, collaborates, verifies or supervises the services of the sender.
e) The use of any word mark, graphic or mixed or any other distinctive sign of REHABITEC within the sender's page is prohibited except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by REHABITEC and provided that, in these cases, a direct link to the Portal is permitted in the form established in this clause
f) The page that establishes the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not in any case dispose or link to own or third party content that: (I) are illegal, harmful or contrary to morality and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.); (II) induce or may induce in the User the false conception that REHABITEC subscribes, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports, the ideas, manifestations or expressions, lawful or unlawful, of the sender; (III) are inappropriate or not relevant to REHABITEC's activity. attention to the location, content and theme of the sender's website.
4. DISCLAIMER
4.1 INFORMATION
Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of REHABITEC to check the veracity, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it. The contents of this page are of a general nature, so such information is insufficient for personal decision making by the User.
REHABITEC. it is not responsible for the decisions made on the basis of the information provided on the Portal or for the damages caused to the User or third parties in connection with actions that have as their sole basis the information obtained on the Portal.
4.2 QUALITY OF SERVICE
Access to the Portal does not imply an obligation on the part of REHABITEC. to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is up to the User, in any case, the availability of appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful software.
REHABITEC is not responsible for damage to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
4.3 AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
Access to the Portal requires third-party services and supplies, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to REHABITEC. Therefore, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously to the provision of the Portal service.
REHABITEC is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User that cause failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Portal during the provision of the same or prior.
4.4 OF THE CONTENT AND SERVICES LINKED THROUGH THE PORTAL
The portal access service may include technical link devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, 'Linked Sites'). In these cases, REHABITEC will act as a provider of intermediation services in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce ('LSSI') and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not disabled the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, he/she may notify REHABITEC in accordance with the procedure and effects set out in clause 6, without in any case this communication entails the obligation to withdraw the corresponding link.
In no case, the existence of Linked Sites should presuppo the existence of agreements with the responsible or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of REHABITEC with the manifestations, contents or services provided.
REHABITEC. it is not aware of the contents and services of the Linked Sites and is therefore not responsible for damages caused by the lawfulness, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites or for any other damages that are not directly attributable to REHABITEC.

6. COMMUNICATION OF ACTIVITIES OF AN ILLICIT AND INAPPROPRIATE NATURE
In the event that the User or any other Internet user is aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages whose contents or services are illegal, harmful, denigrating, violent or contrary to morality, he or she may contact REHABITEC indicating the following points:
(a) Personal data of the communicator: name, address, telephone number and email address;
b) Description of the facts revealing the unlawful or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;
c) In the event of infringement of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the right holder infringed when he is a person other than the communicator. It shall also provide the title attesting to the legitimacy of the right holder and, where appropriate, that of representation to act on behalf of the holder when he is a person other than the communicator;
d) Express statement that the information contained in the complaint is accurate.
The reception by REHABITEC. communication provided for in this clause shall not, in accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, entail effective knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the communicator.
It must also provide the title attesting to the legitimacy of the right holder and, where appropriate, the representation to act on behalf of the holder when he is a person other than the communicator.
